You remember what it used to be like for you, right? When you were younger, more athletic, more sure of yourself - ready to take on anything or anybody. The world was yours for the taking and you were going to take it! Your dreams were BIG and your ambition even bigger. You were going to get that perfect, high paying job, make boatloads of money, and marry the person of your dreams. Then you were going to have kids - a family! It was all out there in front of you.

So did your life turn out like you expected? No? Maybe? Partly? Well, don't give up hope. Things really can change for you. You can get back on track with your life and have those things you dreamed about. You can get away from that awful job, fix those broken relationships, make some more money - and just be happier. Wouldn't that be great?

Wouldn't it be great to quit that low-paying, dead-end job? How about getting back in shape physically? Maybe re-establishing a relationship with your kids? What would do it for you?

Well there are lots of ways to get you heading back toward a more meaningful, fulfilling life - but it's going to take some effort on your part. You can't just keep hoping things will be better and then sit back and do nothing. You're going to have to start making some goals, taking the lead on some things, getting up and getting out there!
